Terms of Service

These terms apply when you apply to, enroll in, or take part in Lucky Girl Academy, operated by Genie Minded LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. By applying or enrolling you agree to them. Please read the section on results, because it is the one people most often assume says something it does not.

Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old. Admission is by application and an admissions call, and we may decline any application for any lawful reason. A seat is confirmed only when payment has been received.

What you are buying

Lucky Girl Academy is a six week group program. It includes six live 90 minute group workshops held over video, access to the members website and its weekly exercises, and access to the private community rooms for the duration of the program. It does not include one to one coaching or private sessions.

Session dates and times are published in advance. If we have to move a session we will tell you as early as we can and make a recording available.

Price and payment

• •Tuition is the amount presented to you in your acceptance letter and at checkout, paid in full or through a payment plan as offered at checkout or agreed on your admissions call.
• •If you choose a payment plan, you authorize the charges on the agreed schedule until the full tuition is paid. The full balance is owed whether or not you attend.
• •If a payment fails we will try again and contact you. Access may be paused while a payment is outstanding.
• •Payment is processed by Shopify and Recharge. We never see or store your card details.

Our promise, and your right to change your mind

Come to Day 1 live. If by the end of it you feel this is not your room, tell us before midnight Pacific that same night and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

After Day 1 the program is non refundable and the full tuition is owed, including the remaining payments if you are on the plan. We are direct about this because a cohort only works when everyone in it has decided to be there, and because half in energy is the exact thing this program exists to fix.

About results

We do not guarantee any particular outcome. Nothing we say about the program is a promise of income, health, a relationship, or any other specific result. What you get out of it depends on what you do, and on circumstances neither of us controls.

Lucky Girl Academy is educational and motivational. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or mental health treatment, and it is not financial, legal, or tax advice. Soma and our team are not licensed clinicians. Nothing here replaces professional care. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or, in the United States, call or text 988.

How we expect you to behave

The community rooms only work if they are safe. By joining you agree to:

• •Keep what other members share confidential. What is said in the room stays in the room.
• •Not record, screenshot, or repost sessions or other members' posts.
• •Not harass, demean, or target anyone.
• •Not use the community to sell, recruit, or pitch your own offers.

We may remove any post and may remove any member who breaks these rules. Removal for conduct does not entitle you to a refund.

What belongs to whom

The workshops, recordings, exercises, written material, and the software are ours. Your enrollment gives you a personal, non transferable right to use them for your own development while you are a member. You may not copy, share, resell, or teach our material, or use it to build a competing program.

What you write stays yours. You keep ownership of your own posts and exercises, and you give us permission to display them inside the program so the community works. We will not use anything you wrote in your application or inside the program in our marketing without asking you first.

Your account

Your access is for you alone. Do not share your login. We may suspend access that appears to be shared.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected to the program is limited to the amount you paid us, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Some places do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits. Nothing here limits liability we are not allowed to limit.

Ending your participation

You may stop attending at any time. Outside the Day 1 window described above, stopping does not cancel the remaining payments. We may end your participation for a serious breach of these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top. Changes do not apply retroactively to a cohort you are already enrolled in.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
